Kam-Kwok Food Factory was founded by Mr. Cheung Kam Kwok back in 1975 and our Vietnamese salami has become the brand of Vietnamese salami in Hong Kong for over 25 years.
Started as a small food factory with only a handful of staff in Lantau Island , Kam-Kwok Food Factory has been offering restaurants in Hong Kong the best quality Vietnamese salamis found locally. Our client base spreads from local restaurants, which include Vietnamese, Thai, Oriental and Noodle houses, to food retailers, in all sizes throughout Hong Kong Island , Kowloon and New Territories.
With great hygiene along with appetizing taste in mind, we insist on high-quality food processing in order to produce the finest Vietnamese salamis. Over 20 years of client relationships with some of our clients have proved the fact and given us THE reputation.
After years of operations environment changes, our company has literally survived from a number of major business obstacles. In 1992, we moved our factory base for the first time from the tiny factory space in Lantau Island to Tuen Mun in New Territories , as our company grew larger and that was actually a good thing.
Unfortunately, not many years after our settlement, when everything had started coming to control, owing to some new Government policies to local slaughters, fresh and highly desirable meats were nowhere to be seen in Hong Kong and we once again ought to have moved our factory, but this time was, thousand miles away, to Vietnam.
Present
Our factory has been shifting from one place to another, and it has now settled in Vietnam since 1996. The barriers that we encountered did really make us crumble to some extent, but, luckily, our reputation did pay off and let us continue on serving our hard-to-come-by clients until today.
